Business Security Packages
Intruder detection, CCTV, access control and monitoring specified together for business premises across Northern Ireland, on one contract with the company that installs and maintains it.
One survey, one design, one number to ring. Cameras are watched in our own 24-hour CCTV Monitoring Control Room, and alarm activations reach an NSI Gold certified Alarm Receiving Centre.
Thousands of premises secured since 2017
One company. A defined scope.
A package built around your premises.
Bring detection, cameras, doors and monitoring into one agreed plan. We start with the building and your priorities, then put the equipment, responsibilities and aftercare in writing.
01 / Survey the site
Bring your insurer’s requirements, existing system details and the practical problems you need to solve.
02 / Agree the specification
Choose the systems and coverage your premises need, with equipment, supported connections and responsibilities recorded.
03 / Plan the aftercare
Agree the servicing, monitoring and fault-reporting arrangements, including the support covered by your contract.
The written proposal
Make the package easy to compare.
There is no fixed business tier to guess at. These are the decisions to settle at survey and the details to look for in your proposal.
On a small screen, scroll the table sideways to read every column.
| Part of the package | Understand at survey | Agree in writing |
|---|---|---|

Advanced Overwatch is SSAIB certificated (NIRE127) specifically for Intruder Alarm Systems, Visual Surveillance Systems (VSS) and Access Control Systems.
The final scope, contract terms and any ongoing charges are set out in your quotation. No general price range is published.
Start with what you need.
A first phase can cover detection and monitoring, with cameras or access control considered later. Plan for future capacity and supported interfaces from the outset; additions still need to be checked against the system in place.
Assess what you already have.
Existing equipment may be retained where its condition, support and compatibility suit the proposed work. We agree any changeover and temporary arrangements. Retention and uninterrupted operation cannot be assumed for every site.
Several premises
A consistent approach.
A plan for each address.
Coordinate specification, permissions and servicing across your estate, while recording the needs of each location.
One platform or shared credentials may be suitable where the chosen systems support them. Police registration and response arrangements are assessed for each relevant system and premises.
Clear responsibilities
Know who receives each signal.
CCTV: Advanced Overwatch operates its own 24-hour CCTV Monitoring Control Room. The proposal defines the monitored views, events and agreed actions.
Intruder alarms: monitoring is provided through our monitoring partner’s NSI Gold certified Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), with the escalation plan agreed for your premises.
Fire alarm monitoring, where required, is also provided through our monitoring partner and is specified as its own arrangement.
Verification and response depend on the system, the event and the agreed service. Supported video links can help an operator assess an event; they do not guarantee every activation is confirmed or that police will attend. Keyholding and vacant-property services can be considered where required.
One contact. Clear aftercare.
Make the ongoing arrangements part of the decision, not a question left until something fails.
Service schedule
Agreed around the system and its requirements.
Useful records
Checks, findings and work completed.
Fault reporting
A clear contact and escalation route.
Contract terms
Callouts, exclusions and response arrangements.
Your team
Handover and operating responsibilities.
Business security packages, answered.
What is included in a business security package?
Intruder detection, CCTV, access control and monitoring in the combination established by the survey, together with the agreed servicing and handover. The written proposal identifies what is included, any exclusions and ongoing charges. Business packages are specified for the premises rather than sold as fixed published tiers.
Do we have to take everything at once?
No. A package can be phased around your priorities, with additional systems considered later. Future additions depend on equipment capacity, supported interfaces, licences and the design requirements at the time. We record the proposed phases and any changeover arrangements.
Who actually monitors the alarms?
Advanced Overwatch operates its own 24-hour CCTV Monitoring Control Room. Intruder alarm monitoring is provided through our monitoring partner’s NSI Gold certified Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). The monitored events and escalation procedure are agreed for the premises. Fire alarm monitoring, where required, is also provided through our monitoring partner and is specified as its own arrangement.
Can one package cover several sites?
Yes, the scope can cover more than one location. We aim for consistent specification, management and servicing while retaining a documented plan for each address. Shared platforms and credentials depend on compatibility. Any police-response registration and eligibility must be checked for the relevant systems and premises.
What happens if something fails at the weekend?
Use the fault-reporting route agreed in your maintenance contract. You can contact Advanced Overwatch on 028 7087 8077. The agreement should make out-of-hours support, callout cover, exclusions and response arrangements clear. A single supplier contact helps coordinate the issue, but it does not create an unqualified response-time or repair guarantee.
