The upcoming transition of analogue alarms to the All-IP network will directly impact your Burglar Alarm system.
Between now and December 2025, the PSTN telephone service will be withdrawn and alarm systems connected to this service will no longer communicate to the alarm receiving centre.
The initial PSTN transition announcement was made by Openreach in 2017 and we are assisting our customers to ensure that they are fully aware and prepared for the deadline.
All analogue services provided by Openreach, known as part of the Wholesale Line Rental family will be terminated, including the lines that your alarm system may utilising – e.g., standard telephone lines.
