• PSNI police response — for URN-registered systems installed by SSAIB-certified companies like Advanced Overwatch, the PSNI will respond to confirmed alarm activations. This is the highest level of intruder alarm response available in Northern Ireland.
• Guard response — a mobile patrol officer is dispatched to the premises to investigate the activation.

Police response requires that the alarm system is installed and maintained to the relevant standards by an SSAIB or NSI-approved installer. Advanced Overwatch holds full SSAIB certification and can register your system with the PSNI for police response.
